Ellsworth Museums
The Woodlawn Museum is situated on a hill overlooking the city of Ellsworth. The museum's building was built between 1824 and 1827, and was the stately home of the historic Black family. The house contains a collection of original furnishings, artwork from Europe and America, and a collection of carriages and sleighs. There is also an archival collection featuring historic documents.
Specializing in woolen products, The Downeast Company features lovely products such as vests, capes, ponchos, blankets, and pot holders.
